Sustainable maritime collaboration conference - An EMD event

EuroVIP final conference, Sustainable maritime collaboration, will be held on 22nd May 2014, at the Auditorium Lecture Theatre in Lloyd's Register, London. The event is  a European Martime Day 2014 event in other parts of Europe.

The aim of the event is to present and demonstrate the sustainable technologies and facilities we have been building in the past three years which we believe could be beneficial to maritime sector.

The conference will have speakers from national associations, research institutions, and companies, who will address challenges for European maritime collaboration. Two mechanisms developed in EuroVIP to support sustainable service and technology transfer for the maritime industry and research organisations will be presented, including five instances of facilitating enhanced collaboration. Ten presentations will be given from 10:00 to15:00 on the day.

The facilities include the EMCP (European Maritime Collaboration Portal) and TCP (Technical Collaboration Platform), both are currently free to use for European maritime companies. Companies that are interested in business collaboration, technology transfer and process improvement would get the most out of this event.
